Acne Treatments?????

ive been using murad for about a little over a month and if anything, my acne has gotten worse. has this happened to anybody else?

and is proactiv good? and how long does it take to work?
i know some people say it works and some say it doesnt, but why does it work for some people and not others and how will you know if it will work for you?

is there any other acne treatments that work good?

clearasil is awesome. within two days my skin improved alot. within a week it was completely gone. Good Luck!
