OPEN ME!!
Hey Guys, so in this extremely long video (I’m sorry!) I talk to you about my difficult struggle with acne, and my holy grail products that I’ve been using for the past year which have kept my skin clear. I highly recommend you all to look into these products if you also suffer from acne, and even if you have “tried everything out there and nothing works”, then honestly what do you have to lose? I was in your shoes as well, and I am so thankful that I stumbled upon these products, and so I hope I can just help at least one person out there by giving out my recommendation.
Topical acne treatments can be a nice addition to your acne free (clear skin diet). They can help bring your skin closer to being clear while your working on your diet. Some topical products are beneficial while others are detrimental to the overall health of your skin. Topicals can help polish off your skin after your diet is in check and it can help you get clearer faster as you . No one’s skin is perfect and even if your diet is perfect your skin may not be. It will be a lot better and probably clear most of the time but there may still be the occasional breakout and topicals and help manage those. Although I am a true believer in natural medicine and the power of food I also believe there is a place for modern science and technology as well. Not all topicals are created equal though. I recently added a topical to my skin care regimen. I add a drop to my CeraVe cream in the morning and at night. It helps clear existing pimples while preventing new ones. It also works well for seborrhea because it is an anti-fungal too. Retin-a is one of my favorite topicals because it also has anti-aging properties. It is extremely helpful in treating acne. I have tried every single product I am talking about in this video so these conclusions are my own. Also, I know there are many more acne treatments out there I am just naming some of the most common and most known products.

Preventing acne scars naturally involves caring for a blemish as soon as it arises, not touching the face and definitely not picking at any acne blemishes. Prevent the formation of acne scarring with helpful advice from a clinical aesthetician in this free video on skin care.
This video is the first in a series on skincare for acne prone skin. In my opinion, treating acne is NOT a one-size-fits-all process. In order to successfully treat and heal your pimples you must first identify the type of acne you have and also identify the causes of your acne. Use this information to you advantage and hopefully you will have clear beautiful skin!
