The causes of acne that I have seen are unhealthy blood sugar levels, PH Imbalance, bacterial imbalance, hormonal imbalance, cosmetic acne and emotional trauma. I have seen these cause acne for many people over and over and if you have acne there is a good chance one or a few of these is causing your acne. It’s good to know what causes your acne because this helps you cure it. You will keep temporarily treating your acne and not getting lasting results if you don’t address the root cause of acne! This is very important! the root cause of acne is not “our humanity” and there are actual causes that you can work on improving to get clear skin.
