Topical acne treatments can be a nice addition to your acne free (clear skin diet). They can help bring your skin closer to being clear while your working on your diet. Some topical products are beneficial while others are detrimental to the overall health of your skin. I have tried every single product I am talking about in this video so these conclusions are my own. Also, I know there are many more acne treatments out there I am just naming some of the most common and most known products.
