How to use lemon for acne treatment. Lemon is a great fruit! it’s acidic in nature but alkaline forming in the body. Lemon is high in vitamin C which helps your immune system stay strong as well as your skin get rid of and exfoliate dead skin cells to create new ones. Both of these things that lemon does is great for clearing up acne! You can use lemon in several ways too. You can use it to make lemon water or lemonade. You can use lemons to cut it in half and rub it on your skin to cleanse it, and you can also take a lemon and juice it with other fruits and vegetables!
